When life’s pressures seem to crush you on every side, remember God’s promises from II Corinthians 4:8-18, that “we are troubled on every side, but not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed…”
Let life work in you, and continuously tap into the source of peace within you–which is Jesus. Keep your mind stayed on Him so you can have a peace that passeth all understanding. Speak the opposite of all of the negative pressure that’s happening in your life through the spirit of faith.
Let your “now” faith push you out of your present undesired situation and into God’s abundant, prosperous and expectant end for your life. Remember that it is written by God that He wishes above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul “prospereth”. (continuously)
To be even more specific, meditate on this same verse of 3 John 1:2 from the Amplified Bible: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep well, even as [I know] your soul keeps well and prospers”.
Is the pressure getting to be too much? If so, you are operating in your own strength and not God’s. Nothing is too hard for God. Therefore no matter what is going on–it is well. Be anxious for nothing but in all things give thanks to God, whose grace abounds in us. Remember, no matter what, we’re still blessed!
